Will's first feeding

On May 27th we had Will's 5 1/2 month check up. He's gaining weight (a little) & still in the same percentiles. He's up to 14 pounds! He's almost doubled his birth weight. The doc did give us the go ahead to start feeding him cereal. We had our first experiment last night. It was very cute, and very messy. I don't think he liked the taste, but he did a pretty good job getting some spoonfuls down.

Memorial Day

In addition to the fun bonfire at Heidi & Brian's house, Will also had his first boat trip this Memorial Day weekend. He didn't like having to wear the life vest, but he fell fast asleep once the boat started moving. He was actually sleeping standing up in his daddy's lap! 

Busy month of May!

Now that Will is five months old (count 'em Amy!), he is really a busy little man. He's been invited to so many parties and events! This month we celebrated his Uncle Chris's graduation from Xavier. Congratulations Uncle Chris!! Will attended the graduation ceremony and the lunch that followed. We snuck away from that party to attend Brittany's baby shower (baby Charlie due in just a few weeks!). He could not have been a happier baby. We are so lucky to have such a laid back little boy!! He even took a nap on his Auntie Amy during the shower. Maybe it was that HUGE bottle I fed him?!

Will spent time with his Hoskins grandparents this weekend while Billy and I got some much-needed yardwork done. He had his first experience at Le Cabín in Maysville! He's still mastering the sleeping thing, so he provided some middle of the night entertainment. On Sunday we took him to a Memorial Day party at Titi Elle's house where he played with his friend Mia again. She was excited to see "Lil' Bill".

Updates are slow...mama's back to work!

Here are a few cute pics of bath time with Will. He's getting so big and just wiggles all the time. If I set him down on his back, he's flipped over to his belly in a second. Busy little boy! 

He had his 4 1/2 month check up recently. He's a little over 13 lbs and he's 25 1/2" long (tall?) - I think that's how big Kevin was when he was born! I can tell he has his mom's allergies, which is no fun for Will, but his sneezes are really cute. 

It's harder to find time to update the blog now that I'm back to work. I'll try to get better about regular updates even if there no big news. Check out the video of him sitting up!
